I feel like ...I wish that we could see our insides. I feel like that would really jump-start and shock a lot of people. The way you eat really is a lifestyle and not just a 'diet.' When people transition their perception of how they eat and live from the SAD diet to a healthy lifestyle...that's when they see the change.
