Love it. Thanks Sarah. The more you know, right. I eat sugar, but move towards all kinds of alternate sweeteners that have less of an effect on blood sugar. Sounds like biologically, it may not matter. I will try to stick to my apples and berries, and skip the lemonade and beloved chocolate. Thanks, Kevin.
